A Young Maiden's Daybook May 17

Today… Monday, May 17, 2010 / Sivan 3, 5770, Omer day 48
Outside my window… Cloudy, most likely going to rain. Perhaps a bit chilly at 61 degrees.
I am thinking… This question always catches me because I am thinking of what I just wrote. Perhaps I type too fast.
I am thankful for… Smells. Good ones, only.
I am wearing… Black skirt with, well, I'm not sure if it would be called tiered or not. And beige shirt.
I am reading…  Silent Spring by Rachel Carson
I am creating… A letter, blog ideas.
One of my favorite things… This young maiden's daybook.
For education this week… Finishing up units, then unit test reviews, then unit tests. Hee hee.
A keeper at home skill I am using/learning … How to clean with 7 fingers. Wait, was that last weeks as well?
I am praying for…
For the rest of the week… Tuesday night is Shavuot, the 50th day of the counting of the Omer.
A picture I’d like to share…

Our garden is yet to be done, though we now have our plants. Of course there will be blogging about that when it happens. :) Blessings to all!

  1. I'm curious... what do you think of Silent Spring? :)

  2. I hope your fingers get better soon, your garden looks like it is coming along nicely!

  3. Your picture's are always so pretty. It's raining here, but rain is a good sign actually. Can't believe tonight Shavuot.

I appreciate your presence. Feel free to share your opinions and perspectives in good spirit! :)
