A Young Maiden's Daybook Dec.28

Today… Monday (why is it always Monday when I do this?...oh, yeah..), December 28, Tevet 11, 2009, 5770

Outside my window… I can't really see outside the window- it's almost black outside.

I am thinking…Nothing really. No, its not uncommon. Okay, ok, I am thinking of what I'm writing.

I am thankful for… Oh, my goodness, I wish I could be more thankful for everything I'm thankful for!

I am wearing… My long turquoise homemade skirt, and I changed from a thick creme colored turtleneck to a thin short-sleeved light bluish shirt. To be comfy in my room.

I am reading…My mom and I are doing a Beth Moore study on the Megillah of Esther.

I am creating…
A collage (still!), a letter (still!), photography ideas.

One of my favorite things…
Photography. Ok, you already know that, so... waking up early and having a "bearable" day :)

For education this week… I'm on WINTER BREAK!!!!!!! I need this! Baruch HaShem! But I will be doing some Bible studies and reading books like "How Should we then Live?".

A keeper at home skill I am using/learning … None , but I am going to be sweeping and mopping tonight. Is embroidery a skill of home, because I'm learning that.

A spiritual lesson I’m learning…
Self control is important.Yes, yes it is.

A godly character trait I plan to work on… Selflessness.

Scripture I am meditating on…
My mother has written on our giant chalkboard, a verse from Devarim 4:39 (Deutoronomy), which says...
"Know today, and establish it in your heart, that ADONAI is God in heaven above and on earth below - there is no other."
I am praying for… my family.

For the rest of the week… Since I am on break, I will be doing some left behind things, and some fun relaxing things. i do not know what they are, but I do intend to finish that letter and collage.

Two pictures I’d like to share…

A close-up of my Grandma's cat, Caesar. He thinks he's a dog, he thinks he's a prince. ;)
This is our growing puppy pit-bull Zion, and the bottom half of our growing baby girl pit-bull Zoey.

See y'all tomorrow for Short Answers!
