Dear Mama....

I wanted to make you a card. And with the skills and creativity I've learned from you. I wanted to write you a letter. But I can't because I fell today and hurt myself, though you made me feel better. I wanted to buy you something special, something you wanted. But I can't because my finances are limited-even though I know you don't mind a bit- being so generous yourself. I wanted to do something grand for you. Something to repay all the grand things you've done for me. I wanted to take you out somewhere beautiful that you'd like-give you the retreat you want. But I know that you're happy at home too.

I wanted to somehow express my love and appreciation for you- your passion and dedication to HaShem, your love, your care, your sacrifice, your personality, your strengths, your weaknesses through which you teach me, your virtue, your creativity, your love of live, your ability to make lemonade out of sour lemons, and, oh, so much more- so much inexpressibly more!! Mommy, I want to be just like you when I grow up. I am so glad that G-D has placed you in my life as a guider, counselor, and comforter.
Truly, truly, you're price is far above rubies!

I love you Mama
